Provider Claims Portal

The Alliance Provider Claims Portal is your resource for quick convenient access to your claims information as processed by The Alliance. The portal is designed to provide real-time access within two business days to:

  • Claim Status
  • Contract Reimbursement Repricing Amounts
  • Third Party Administrator (TPA) Information including Phone, Fax and Address
  • Ability to Generate Customized Claims Processed Report in Excel
  • Ability to Generate a “Cover Sheet” with Contract Reimbursement Repricing Information for Submission to the TPA

Not yet Registered?

Alliance participating providers may register to use the Provider Claims Portal. Additional users at an existing registered provider must also register for use of the site.

1 Complete the Provider Claims Portal Access Request Form.
2 Email the completed form to Provider Services.
3 Within one week, you will receive your username and password information along with instructions for use of the portal.
