New Alliance Logo

The Alliance changed its logo in August 2008. Many employers and third-party administrators have replaced our old logo with this new one. If you see the old logo you may continue to accept these cards.

Participating providers may use our logo to let patients know you're a part of the network. If you use our logo for signage or advertising, such as Yellow Pages or other directories, we encourage you to use this new logo as soon as possible. Please use our logo exactly as it is displayed in these files. To receive approval of your ad, fax a copy to 608.276.6626 or e-mail tschacker@the-alliance.org.
