Premier, multi-location construction equipment dealer with locations in Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay and La Crosse. Brooks is the general manager, corporate attorney and one of the owners of Brooks Tractor Inc. Brooks also serves in an advisory capacity on the John Deere Construction and Forestry Technology Partner Project Team, the Used Equipment Partner Project Team, and the Sales and Marketing Partner Project Team. She has also served on and has held leadership positions on a variety of community and nonprofit boards in the Dane County area including A Fund for Women, the Women in Business Council of the University of Wisconsin School of Business, the Waunakee School System’s Vision Committee, the Board of Directors of the Sun Prairie Business and Education Partnership, and the Board of Directors of the Madison Area Technical College Diesel Consortium.

Herrman has been the Director of Human Resources at Monroe Truck Equipment since 1995. Jollie previously worked for WEA Trust as vice president of health care service and value. In that role, he led a staff of over 50 professionals to design, implement and oversee $600 million in provider contracts, a $120 million pharmacy benefits programs, medical care case coordination of disease management, prevention and wellness programs, and health care data analytics and outcomes measurement. He has over 30 years of experience including working in the health care and technology fields.

McDonald has been the V.P. of Human Resources, Safety and Communications at Foremost Farms USA since 2006 and is responsible for all Human Resources initiatives, safety and health leadership, and internal and external communications for the $1.6 billion cooperative. He is also aggressively pursuing the continued introduction of consumer-driven health care. He joined The Alliance Board of Directors in 2008.

Prior to joining Gordon Flesch Company, Olm held human resource leadership positions with Edgerton Hospital and Health Services as well as CUNA Mutual Group, Allstate Insurance Company, Avon Products and served as active duty Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Reading has been the vice president of finance for Spuncast since 2003. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization. He has resided on the company’s Board of Directors since 2004. Reading also maintains responsibility for negotiating all health and business insurance policies. He is one of the Trustee’s for both the Spuncast 401K and ESOP plans.

Pat Whitmore

The world's leading manufacturer of operable partitions, accordion folding doors, glass wall partitions and portable walls. Whitmore joined HUFCOR, Inc. in 1991 and served as the Human Resources Manager until she became the V.P. of Human Resources in 1999. She is responsible for overseeing more than 950 employees at all 20 U.S. and international locations. During her time at HUFCOR, she has implemented a full cafeteria benefits plan, a patient advocacy service, and on-site services including flu shots, occupational therapy and health risk screenings. Whitmore also brought the concept of an employer's cooperative to senior management, which led to HUFCOR becoming one of the founding members of the Employers’ Health Cooperative. She joined The Alliance Board of Directors in 2007.
