Through a new partnership with Quantum Health, The Alliance is proud to offer its employer members the Coordinated Health/Care™ integrated health management service. This program works directly with employees, their families and their physicians to help them navigate the often complex health care system. Dedicated care coordinators provide a single point of contact for benefits, eligibility and claims service, and all medical management activities are integrated into a single, real-time database. As a result, Coordinated Health/Care™ reduces the fragmentation common in the health care system and works to avoid wasteful spending from duplicated or unnecessary procedures.
Coordinated Health/Care™ delivers better experiences for individuals and proven cost savings for employers. Most employers using Coordinated Health/Care™ have seen a reduction in actual claim costs in the first year, with average claim spending at 21 percent below the industry trend after the third year. Ninety-two percent of patients said they were satisfied with the assistance offered by Coordinated Health/Care™ over its nine-year track record.

Through a partnership with Health Solutions, Ltd.®, The Alliance is able to offer its employer members a comprehensive suite of wellness programs at preferred, discounted pricing. Health Solutions, Ltd.® helps organizations reduce unnecessary health and workers’ compensation claims, decrease absenteeism, and reduce short-term disability costs, all while creating a higher quality of life for the individuals they cover.
Members choose the program level that fits their needs. Options range from online wellness tools and health information to individualized lifestyle coaching with certified health education specialists, physical trainers and registered nurses. Employers will be able to offer their employees comprehensive risk assessments in English and Spanish, with hands-on support and targeted recommendations from Health Solutions staff.
