Find a Doctor in The Alliance Network by Location or Specialty

Click Find a Doctor to get started:

Go to our Provider Directory

Then:

  1. Select "Select Providers by Location/Specialty"
  2. Select your network
    • If you're not sure which network you belong to, check your employee health benefit booklet, speak to your HR representative or contact the administrator or payer on your insurance card. Our customer service representatives can also help you identify your network - 800.223.4139
  3. Select Provider Type from the list
  4. Select a specialty
    • You may select up to 5 by holding the CTRL key on your keyboard as you select
    • If you are searching for "Home Health/Durable Medical Equipment", you will not have to complete this step.
  5. Enter a starting location from which to orient your search
    • If you are searching for "Home Health/Durable Medical Equipment", you will not have to complete this step, but will have to choose a region for your search.
  6. Select a distance from which to search
    • If you are searching for "Home Health/Durable Medical Equipment", you will not have to complete this step, but will have to choose a region for your search.
  7. Add other search criteria if desired, using "Refine Search"
  8. Select "Find Providers"

Your results will be displayed.
