Find a doctor, health care professional or facility to care for a specific medical condition 

Once you have clicked on Find a Doctor:

1. Select “Select Providers by Medical Condition”
2. Select the medical condition from the list. (a description will appear below).
3. Select your network 
4. Select a distance from which to search.
5. Select “Find Providers”

All the health care professionals who match that search will be returned.
