Find a Doctor, Health Care Professional or Facility by Name
Once you have clicked Find a Doctor:
- Select “Select Providers by Name”
- Enter the name of the health care professional or facility
- Select your network (optional)
- Select a provider type, if you know it. (optional)
- Enter a starting location from which to orient your search (optional)
- Select “Find Providers”
All the health care professionals or facilities that match will be returned.
If you don’t find the name you were looking for, make sure you spelled the name correctly. Otherwise, that person may not be in the network.
If you would like to encourage a doctor or facility to join The Alliance’s provider network, please complete a Provider Nomination Form.
The Alliance will evaluate the request, and if appropriate, contact the provider and extend an invitation to join.
