Are you ready to start using QualityPath communications and promotions in your workplace? If you are one of the trendsetting employers who offer QualityPath then this post was written with you in
And if you are not yet part of QualityPath, then you still might want to read more about the awesome things we are working on to make this program a success in every Alliance member workplace. After all, it’s reassuring to know that when you sign up for QualityPath, you’ll have the tools you need to launch it.
The QualityPath Toolkit was designed for busy employers that want ready-to-use materials to help explain what QualityPath is and the many benefits it offers.
Materials like our tutorial video feature bright colors and fun animations. We hope to spark the interest of anyone who comes in contact with a poster, table tent or letter so they want to learn more.
The toolkit is an evolving list of materials that currently includes some of the items below:
- The Alliance Network Map with QualityPath Hospitals
- “Grab and go” email messages, newsletter articles, and social media messages
- Patient Testimonial Mailing Insert
- Infographic and employee brochures
- Intranet-ready articles and teaser messages
- PowerPoint Presentation
Materials are continually added – and occasionally discontinued – based on demand and program developments. View the entire list of items in our toolkit here.
Why You Need the Toolkit
Good programs often succeed – or fail – because of marketing or the lack of it. Research suggests that you need to repeat the same message to individuals at least seven times for them to remember and take action on it.
That’s especially true when you’re talking about health care. It’s not enough for employees to simply know about the program. They have to feel comfortable enough with its cost and quality features to want to participate.
It’s also important to recognize that different individuals learn differently. That’s why we provide more than just one option for promotion; illustrations, videos, messaging, PowerPoints, promotional giveaways and more.
I Am Here to Help
If you have ever met me then you may know that I am a people person. I love to talk and be among others that like to converse. Yes, I am that person in your workplace.
Since I love to talk and I am in the marketing department, what better role for me to take than to help employers with their communications and promotional tactics when it comes to QualityPath?
I want to help you get the most out of the QualityPath program. I can walk you through all our toolkit options or come up with something new that your organization can use.
I am here to help you make this program a success. Feel free to reach out to me Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800.223.4139 x6642.
