On Friday, May 11, President Trump delivered a highly anticipated speech to outline his plan to reduce drug prices and the cost of health care in America. The President gave a speech that was high on platitudes, promising to “launch the most sweeping action in history to lower the price of prescription drugs for the American people.”

The market for mental and emotional well-being support, referred to as “Transformational Technology” has market estimates for consumer demand in the hundreds of billions. Yet mass adoption and understanding are not at the levels that reflect these trends.

Those employees typically place a high value on access to health care. Wellness support within companies was often something few employees knew existed or felt comfortable exploring. Today, Well-being in the workplace has taken over what was once “Wellness” and encompasses a great deal more.
Every day, millions of Americans check into hospitals, visit family physicians or are treated in clinics. Rarely do patients ask, “how much is this going to cost me?”.
