We are very excited to launch a new website for our provider partners.

The site offers a new look and feel with a “point & click” format to help providers find tools and resources. Our goal is to create a more enjoyable experience for anyone who visits the site.

Sections of the new site include:

  • Membership Reports – A monthly report of new members joining The Alliance, members who are terming with The Alliance and any changes with the member’s third party administrators.
  • Provider Forms – Forms to help with updates such as changes with practitioners, locations, address and contacts.
  • Provider Newsletters – A quarterly newsletter archive of the latest news and happenings in The Alliance cooperative.
  • Provider Resources and Information – Look here for guidelines on claim submission, coding edits , credentialing, fee schedule requests, etc.
  • Who We Are – A summary of The Alliance, our mission and our network service area map.
  • Who Do You Call – A reference sheet on who to call for certain requests/questions.
  • Communications & Updates – Including provider alerts and updates.
  • Reimbursement Guidelines – An overview of bundled services, category codes and modifier reference guide.
