The Alliance Member Forum

The Alliance Member Forum is a place where members of The Alliance can meet and discuss the issues that matter to them. The goal of the group is to encourage communication and networking (.pdf) between Alliance members.

How Do I Join The Alliance Member Forum?
Click on the LinkedIn logo. You can also find the group at www.linkedin.com by searching for the group The Alliance Member Forum or clicking here.

Once you select Join Group you will be able to choose your group preferences including how often you want to be notified of group activity and which announcements you would like to receive.

What Should I Do After I Join?
Once you join you can start and take part in discussions with other members. We encourage you to post questions you have for other members regarding your health benefit plans and related programs. It's also a great place to share best practices with fellow members. You can also post articles of interest in the news section. You may also want to post available jobs at your organization.

What If I'm Not a Member of LinkedIn?
You will need to create a free LinkedIn profile to join our group. To do so:

  • Go to www.linkedin.com and click on Join Today in the upper right hand side of the screen.
  • Enter your first name, last name, e-mail, and choose a password, and then select Join Now
  • On the next screen, continue to enter your geographic location and employment status, which will be used to create your professional profile on LinkedIn.

Once you have created your profile you will be able to join. Click here to go to the group and select "Join Group" and follow the instructions above.

All relationships on LinkedIn are mutually confirmed, and no one appears in the LinkedIn Network without knowledge and explicit consent.

Who Can Join The Alliance Member Forum?
Only Alliance members will be able to join The Alliance Member Forum. The group is open to any member of your organization.

We have preapproved all members to join the group based on their organization’s e-mail address. If you are signed up with LinkedIn with a personal e-mail address, we will approve you after verifying your identity as an Alliance member.
